Summer is nearly over! Didn't last long enough did it?! If you took part in any of our summer programme activities then we hope you had a great time. If you didn't fill in an evaluation form then please download the form below, fill it in and get it back to us in the CYP office. That way we know what you enjoyed best and what we should do more of next year.
